I have recently been inspired by the old Futurist movement of the early 20th Century and although this is not 100% true to some of the visionary thinking during that period, I did want to capture the idea of the love affair between man, machine, destruction and industry. I have also strived to capture a more modern perspective with regard to the equality and merit of both a man and a womans place in the world as individuals but also to symbolically imply our interconnected desires & dependance on one another!
